Welcome to this session of Sleep Hypnosis with the English Sisters. Do not listen whilst operating machinery or driving as your mind begins to unwind. Now, listen only when you're in a comfortable place and ready to sleep all night long. You can absorb the words that will enter your mind now, and as you begin to relax and allow daytime thoughts to drift away, you can remember to forget those thoughts now, and as you remember to forget what you no longer need to remember, you can actually remember pleasurable things now as they enter your mind. Allow those thoughts to play just a little bit now. And as you allow playful thoughts into your mind, as you relax, you can begin to notice how the tips of your toes and the tips of your fingers are relaxing even further now, even further now, even further now. The more and more comfortable they become, the easier your mind allows sleep to enter your body now, and as you allow sleep to enter your body, you can, too, relax further down, further down, and you can begin to get curious about how your eyelashes feel as they gently touch each other now Into a warm embrace a warm embrace and how that warm embrace can actually begin to keep you even calmer. Now, and as your top eyelashes embrace the bottom ones, you too can begin to notice how easy it is to take deep breaths in and out with the flow of our voices. Now, deep breaths in and out with the flow of our voices, and you can get curious about just how much sleep there is out there in the wide, wide world, because sleep comes easily to you, in abundant quantities. Sleep comes easily and naturally to you in such abundant quantities that you can just wonder where all the sleep will go. To the others that need it too. But sleep is limitless.

And if you imagine a store and you imagine going in and buying some sleep, how much sleep would you buy? An hour, two hours, three hours, four, or maybe six hours or eight? How much sleep would you want to buy just for tonight? And you can purchase just the right amount, with your imaginary sounds Flowing, with the imaginary sounds Flowing, and as you do, you can imagine now buying the right amount of sleep for you and tucking it safely inside you, safely inside your eyes, and allowing that sleep to fall into right place now and as it does your mind eases, comfort throughout your body as it falls all the way through now Easily and deeply enjoyable too Easily and deeply falling all the way through.

You know when it's right for you because you no longer listen or pay attention to the words. Your subconscious, rather than conscious mind just absorbs all the positive and relaxing suggestions all by itself, and that sleep will come easily and naturally to you in the days and weeks to come. Is a comforting thought, gently soothing you into relaxation just when you need it most, allowing you to turn in for the night comfortably, making everything ever so easy, ever so breezy for you now. And you didn't even know it was possible before and your mind was never given this kind of permission before. Your mind was never given this kind of permission before.

However, now, and because you are listening to the sounds of our voices, you can relax that little further down and you have full permission to do so now. Going into a wonderful deep sleep, a wonderful deep sleep of the desired amount that you have chosen, making it very, very enjoyable for you, making you ever so much in control now, allowing you to just let go whilst in control. Letting go is the most pleasurable feeling, relaxing you even further than before, even more noticing how much sleep is readily of. My sleep comes easily and naturally to me every night, that's right as you drift and float into comfort, drifting and floating into comfort now, feeling ever so comfortable too. Feeling ever so comfortable now, relaxing further down, deeper down, all the way through, with each new breath that comes to you, with each new breath that comes to you now.
